Nicolas Cage and Judge Reinhold are two friends who get involved in a tragic love triangle with the latter's wife named Zandalee played by Erika Anderson.
This movie from 1991 went straight-to-video despite a decent cast that also includes Steve Buscemi as a garbageman, Joe Pantoliano as Zandalee's cross-dressing gay co-worker, Marisa Tomei as Cage's floozy date during the dinner scene and Zach Galligan as a guy looking to buy one of Cage's paintings.
A few clips that are worthy checking out on YouTube includes a scene where Cage and Reinhold engage in a danceoff to see who Zandalee would choose, and another near the end where Cage has a full-on freakout by destroying his art and covers himself in black paint.
