Devolution mentioned "Can’t Hardly Wait" on a clueless thread and said it was his favorite movie of the 90’s. I couldn’t agree more!
I l-o-v-e movie quotes, and this movie is chock full of great ones! Here’s a few:

"Why do we have a station on that plays Barry Manilow?"
"So, you get on that phone, and you tell Barry Manilow how you feel."
"Aman-DUH!"
"I’ll kick everyone’s a$$ in this room."
Witness Exhibit B: An eye patch I wore for a month after Mike beaned me with a raisin in home ec. My parents took me to a 3D film. I saw no third dimension.

I love Can't Hardly Wait!!! I think every 90's teen actor had some screen time in this...Lauren Ambrose was the best though..."Don't look back, you can never look back."

On repeat viewings, I now see "Can't Hardly Wait" as one of the funniest movies from the 90's. Seth Green is unbelievable in it.. I laugh just seeing those goggles!
So many great characters and quotes!
Love the backstory on Breckin Meyer and Deborah Kaplan.
The casting director picked several future stars..
Highly recommend the Blu-ray for the soundtrack and the extras. It includes a great class reunion type update on the cast members.

Finally people are coming round! I saw this when it came out and proclaimed it the best teen film of the 90's (80's holdovers not withstanding). Did anyone listen? No. Do they ever? It was all 'She's All That' and 'Never Been Kissed' (both ok).

"On repeat viewings", eh? What did you think when you first saw it?

Agreed this is probably the best teen film of the decade. They made a genuine attempt to create real characters here, and it paid off.

Ronnie.. I kind of had the same impression the first time I watched it. Now I consider it a fav from the 90's.
Seth Green is just a blast to watch in this flick.

Just watched Can´t Hardly Wait. It was very good, great cast and characters.
Seth Green is awesome and you gotta love Charlie Korsmo as William Lichter. It was also nice to see Lauren Ambrose (liked her in the tv-show Six Feet Under), this was her second feature film. Freddy Rodríguez was also later in SFU.
The soundtrack wasn´t that special IMO but it included Kingdom Come and Foreigner tunes which i like.
And seriously, who would dump girls like JLH, Jaime Pressly, Tamala Jones and Jennifer Lyons. I know i wouldn´t
