Naked Obsession (1991):

Score!!!...Just bought this little beauty at a garage sale for $1...sure, it's a VHS, but it surprisingly works good. This is a nice little erotic/thriller B-flick starring William Katt as a decent politician corrupted by the evils of sex, lust, and strippers. Yup, that's a good enough synopsis for me. Oh yeah, there's some kind of murder/mystery thrown in there somewhere too.

Clerks (1994)

A day in the lives of two convenience clerks named Dante and Randal as they annoy customers, discuss movies, and play hockey on the store roof. -- IMDb

My favourite Kevin Smith movie.

I don't really mind the American remake of "La Femme Nikita." It's a good enough film, but it pales so much by comparison to the original, which I think is one of the best action films ever.

Quick Change is a 1990 comedy film starring Bill Murray, who also co-directed with the film's screenwriter Howard Franklin. Geena Davis, Randy Quaid, and Jason Robards co-star. Other cast members include Tony Shalhoub, Stanley Tucci, Phil Hartman, Victor Argo, Kurtwood Smith, Bob Elliott, and Philip Bosco. It is based on a book of the same name by Jay Cronley.

The film is set in New York City, particularly in Manhattan and Queens, with scenes taking place on the New York City Subway and within John F. Kennedy International Airport. Times Square, the Empire State Building, and the Statue of Liberty are also briefly seen.

Quick Change is the only directorial credit of Bill Murray's career.

Grimm, dressed as a clown, robs a bank in midtown Manhattan. He ingeniously sets up a hostage situation and then slips away with an enormous sum of money.

Quick Change is enormously underrated. It is almost like an Alec Guinness or David Niven heist comedy from years gone by. What kind of clown are you? [Smile]

Love Potion No. 9 (1992)

This was a nice little sunday afternoon romcom.
Written and directed by Dale Launer (Ruthless People, Blind Date, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels)
Starring Tate Donovan, Sandra Bullock, May Mara and Dale Midkiff.

Some laughs, some romance and beautiful Bullock.
