Pump Up The Volume, with Christia Slater and Samantha Mathis.Have not seen this for years but watched it on TV last night, still great after all these years can't believe how young everyone looks. This is one of those strange films that i still think of as a sort of 80's film it just has that feel to it.

Children of the Revolution (1996). Judy Davis, Sam Neill, F. Murray Abraham, Geoffrey Rush, Richard Roxburgh, Rachel Griffiths, Russell Kiefel and John Gaden. A fervid Australian communist travels to Russia, where she has a one night sexual encounter with dictator Josef Stalin, who then dies. Wild at heart - I ****ing loved this It seemed a bit too normal for Lynch at first lol but then got crazier. My second fave so far behind Blue Velvet. Nicolas Cage was as awesome as in Raising Arizona in this. Thanks for the recommendation Jay and Crash I've got Lost Highway, The Straight Story, Mulholland Drive and Inland Empire on the way. Can't wait to watch them.

Jack Nance's "I have a dog" speech is hilarious, right up there with Cage and his jacket. It's a great Lynch movie. Just nuts.

L.A. Detective Sam Dietz (Leo Rossi), struggling to emotionally survive his previous big case (from in the first Relentless film) is unwillingly paired with a shady FBI agent Kyle Valsone (Ray Sharkey), during a case tracking another serial killer (Miles O'Keeffe), who kills seemingly at random. Meanwhile, Dietz's wife Carol (Meg Foster) now estranged from him due to his long hours, tries to deal with her current situation and their uncertain future. (Wikipedia)
It was nice to see Sharkey and OŽKeeffe and i liked the fact that most supporting actors reprised their roles.
Relentless parts 3 & 4 are available on dvd as a double feature so i gotta get that and see how this Dietz saga ends.

Ok, I usually don't bring up the asian films here, since im on plenty of forums where that is discussed already, but I just had to mention the sheer awfulness/awesomeness that is...
ROBOTRIX- 1991
Alternate and steamier poster art...
This movie is like The Terminator, mixed with Robocop, mixed with softcore porn. Busty asian chicks, evil cyborgs and HK action.
aTomiK, you're getting a copy.... whether you like it or not, cuz this one has got your name written all over it
Though you might wanna put the wife and kids to bed first

Nuns on the Run - 1990. I first saw this at the cinema as a kid, and I know it is kind of ridiculous but that's what makes it great for me. This is one of my favourite movies of all time.

I have still got the VHS cover for Men at Work. God knows what happened to the tape. Maybe it was switched.
I was just thinking about Men at Work today because in my criminology class the lecturer mentioned phrenology.
Men at Work is a great movie that definitely has 80's written all over it.

What is that from? It reminds me of Blow when Bob Goldthwaite, says I can't feel my face, just after he does a line of coke.
