Surprised there isn't already a thread for this

Casino(1995) 8/10

Robert DeNiro
Sharon Stone
Joe Pesci
Don Rickles

Martin Scorsese Director

Felt it wasn't as good as Goodfellas. Some good songs on the soundtrack though

pettyfan, probably Katie Holmes best movie to date (Batman was a miscast in my opinion) and Nick Stahl was awesome in it.

This movie and "The Faculty" were a cut above some of the others during that timeframe. The first "Final Destination" was entertaining, but they should have stopped there. Though, I do still get freaked if I hear John Denver's 'Rocky Mountain High' on the radio now.

My last 90's movie was the Cindy Mancini fav "Miracle Beach".

SPHERE 1998... great cast, Dustin Hoffman, Liev Schreiber, Sam Jackson etc. Spooky underwater alien stuff! A pretty underated film in my mind, had some truly creepy moments in it!

HARLEY DAVIDSON AND THE MARLBORO MAN 1991... i love this movie, just got the dvd! "It's better to be dead and cool, than alive and uncool".

FIXING THE SHADOW 1992... cool biker flick with Charlie Sheen and Michael Madsen!

STONE COLD 1991... totally cheesy biker action film with Brian Bosworth and Lance Henriksen!

I love this movie also. Big surprise, huh. When they were first about to enter the "spaceship" underwater, the suspense was killing me on what they would find. Great cast as well.

I'm finally after all these years becoming a fan of the western genre. I've been starting with some of the older classics but working up to finally seeing both The Unforgiven & Tombstone.

Sam and Motley, "Tombstone" is an outstanding western. For an older flick, I highly recommend "The Searchers".

I just saw The Searchers the other night. I thought the movie overall was really good but felt a few of the acting performances were horrible. Those horrible performances were the reason I gave it an 8 instead of a 9 or 10.

Valley, this movie was the only thing I've ever seen Katie Holmes in that I liked, LOL. I agree...The Faculty was an awesome movie. I haven't seen it in awhile. I liked all the Final Destinations, but to be honest, I think I liked part 2 the best.

LOVE AND A 45... liked it better in the 90's, still... Rory Cochrane is too funny in this!

SHOWDOWN IN LITTLE TOKYO... man this movie did not age well, but it's still alot of fun, especially when Brandon Lee compliments the size of Dolph Lundgren's "package", that always cracks me up!

RISING SUN... love this movie, great atmosphere. Could have done without Snipes' fancy karate moves in the end though, never thought it fit the film!

Vital Signs, 1990. Bad reviews almost everywhere you look, but I have seen it numerous times and quite enjoy it. Has an 80's feel and Diane Lane is in the prime of her hotness.

AMERICAN SHAOLIN... Bad acting, decent fights!

RAPID FIRE... Not awful, not great, but Brandon Lee could have been something special, had he lived!

PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS... totally forgot about this movie, Everett McGill and Wendy Robie from Twin Peaks, together again, and crazier than ever. great, underrated horror comedy!

TO CATCH A KILLER... Brian Dennehy as John Wayne Gacy, great, atmospheric TV movie!

Yeah, that was him! It also has AJ Langer, Kelly Jo Minter, Ving Rhames and some other familiar faces in it! I had totally forgotten how great this movie was, total suspense... with all the crawling in the walls stuff!

For those who haven't seen it, WATCH IT!

DR. GIGGLES... The retard from LA Law wants to kill the semi hot sister from Charmed... that's about it!

ASPEN EXTREME... excellent Ski instructor drama, however lame that sounds. Nice cast... That canadian mountie guy, Peter Berg, Teri Polo etc. Hadn't watched this since the 90's, It was pretty good!

LITTLE ODESSA... very moody russian mob stuff, with Tim Roth, Eddie Furlong and many more, good movie, that I totally had forgot about!

THE LIMBIC REGION... great atmospheric serial killer TV movie with Edward James Olmos and George Dzundza (0r however you spell that). I had to dig this out of the old forgotten vhs bootleg collection. Minor gripe, takes place in San Fran... but obviously shot in Vancouver or something!

PET CEMETERY 2... another Eddie Furlong flick. Not nearly as good as the first one, but Clancy Brown is always fun!

I agree on this one JAYLEE. I own this on DVD as well and love it. I'm not even into skiing, but this movie is catchy for some reason.
