Boogie Nights is a great show. I think that it would have been fun to have lived that lifestyle. Dirk Diggler and his buddies had a lot of delightful experiences. The funniest part is when two people are copulating in the driveway and Curt and the other guy are discussing the lighting of the film and the one guy gets ****ed and says, "That is my WIFE over there, sorry I cannot concentrate on what you are saying".
Rollergirl is pretty. The redhead is very nice and Burt Reynolds is cool. Thomas Jane played the shady character in this movie and then ironically went on to play Roger Maris in *61, definitely not a shady character. Hillary Swank is not in this movie.

Colt you make it sound like you're not familiar either with Heather Graham or Julianne Moore.. surely not the case?? (!)
But seriously tho, this is a hell of a movie, arguably one of the 10 or 20 best of the decade. So good, in fact, that I had to buy the DVD for my brother's Christmas present (nothing like educating people on true quality movies :-). Fave scene? So many to choose, but the one with Wahlberg and his mate over at Al Molina's house with him partying to classic 80s songs (Night Ranger/Springfield/Nena) is a masterpiece of tension, and stays vivid in the memory.
Anyone else like this?
