It may’ve only lasted one season, but it was a memorable, beautifully drawn, off-the-wall animie. Almost a self-parody in that it incorporated pizza into the story as a means to poke fun at the ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ phenomenon (they even had the line "they’ve got more fur than a turtle ever had!" in the intro) The Samurai Pizza cats were an oddball trio living in Little Tokyo, working in a pizza parlour and fighting crime boss (the big cheese); Speedy Chervice was the leader, Guido Anchovy was the comic sidekick and Polly Esther kept both of them in line. It was a mad cartoon, completely off its head.

Never heard of it, but sounds funny. 'Course, Ninja Turtles was kinda a parody of the genre in itself, but if Scary Movie can do a parody of a parody then so can this cartoon!
