I just chose this at random because it looked cool and starred Val Kilmer: Good movie! Kilmer plays an undercover ketamine junkie working as a supergrass for corrupt cops, or is he? This is a stylish, funny and dark film noir, some of the humour is at odds with the story though you'll love Vincent D'onfiro's character, the recreation of the JFK assasination using pigeons, B.D. Wong as a country music loving 10 gallon hat wearing sherrif and Kilmer's cool, Raymond Chandler-esque voiceovers.
