This was a silly, but funny movie from 1998 starring Dave Chappelle and Harland Williams. Just bought the fully baked edition off ebay for $4...

Funniest Scene: Harland Williams talking to horse:
"Ya hungry girl?"

Fat lady going by who thought Harland was talking to her: "**** you *****."

I agree that the scene motley said was the funniest hands down! But as far as COM-WEEDY goes,(did I just invent a new word?) I would have to say that 'Dazed and Confused' is the one to watch. Not that funny, but a great movie all around.
