I am watching it now on ABC Family. I loved this movie when it first came out...I think a great movie is one you are willing to pay for twice at the movie theater. I love the scene to "Unchained Melody"...I think this is a great date movie.

I totally agree with you isis. I have this on dvd and watch it once in a while. I love this movie. Patrick swayze and whoopie goldburg were both great in it. I still cry at the end when i watch it. What can I say I'm such a girl. lol

I'm not a sissy girl so I really appreciated the Whoopie goldberg comic relief, otheriwse it wouldnt have been my kind of movie. I remember seeing it in a full house crowded movie theatre and the strange uncomfortable hush that fell over the crowd when it looked like Whoopie Goldberg and Demi Moore might actually start making out (Patrick Swayze channels into Whoopi's body so he can hold Demi one last time). It was one of the tense-est movie theatre experiences I've ever had.
