What is love by Haddaway gives me terrible flashbacks to "A night at the Roxbury". I hated the film, and I hated song long before that. But the rest of the songs everyone has listed are awsome.
Don't forget "Slave to the music" by Twenty 4 Seven, and "Sweet Dreams" by La Bouche

Anything by The KLF Almost anyting by Soul II Soul Anything by La Bouche "Steal My Sunshine" by Len "What Is Love?" by Haddaway (sorry about, Stitch!) "The Humpty Dance" by The Digital Underground "Groove Is In The Heart" by Deee-lite "Tubthumping" by Chumbawamba "Jump Around" by House Of Pain "Missing" by Everything But The Girl "Pump Up The Jam" by Technotronic & Felly
I'm sure there is a lot more, but that's all I can think of at the moment right now.
And (for me) two really "guilty pleasure" dance tunes from the 90's:
"Barbie Girl" by Aqua "La Macarena" by Los Del Rio
