I caught it on TV once. Weird movie. The tone is so dark, but it's actually quite fun to watch. But, of course, there is an overall sadness to it beyond the plot, as many people know.
It isn't something to obsess over, but definitely worth a watch. Good movie.

This is one of my all time faves and I must have seen it 5 times at the cinema. I have it on VHS, Original DVD release and special edition DVD.
Brandon Lee captured the essence of the Crow perfectly and his death during filming was pure tragedy and a great loss.
The Crow is one of those films that you either love or don't love. Very few people I know hate it but just don't afford it the recognition it deserves. To me, it is true class.
Shame that all the sequels sucked...

I loved it. I remember waiting for it to come out in May of 1994 and the theater was packed. I think that people really wanted to see if they could tell the scene where he was shot. But I would have liked it a lot without all of the controvery. I loved the music in the film. It all fit together so perfectly. I haven't caught any of the sequals, but I would imagine it would be hard to see one without the original star.

One of my favourite films, an all round excellent film, simple as that.
