I am looking for a movie from the early 70's.

It had a masked hero (like zoro). His lair was a cave and when he would appear before the people he would have fire come from the cave around a kind of stage and they rode horses.

If I remember correctly he had two side kicks one black and the other's weapon was some kind of special ball.
