it is about this boy that is hairless. He meets a man that gives him a recipe to put oh his head. hair starts growing. him and his family is happy about it, but the hair wont stop growing. his family and friends try to cut his hair but wont work. the man shows up again and takes the boy to some other place, his friends has to save him from a factory of magic paint brushes. which is made from his hair. they escape using the scorrors to cut his hair to get him free and then they use one of the paint brushes to escape from the world they were in to return home. this movie has been bugging me for years and years and years. HELP ME PLEASE
