I remember seeing a movie in the 70's about a poor girl falling in love with a rich boy. The girl ends up getting killed by the boys friends on a country road. I wish I could remember more but that's it.

I have not seen the movie, but it stars Jan-Michael Vincent and a then-unknown Pamela Sue Martin (way before she was in the "Nancy Drew" and "Dynasty" TV shows!). It also was the first movie appearance of Robert Englund, long before he was Freddy Krueger in the "Nightmare On Elm Street" series.

I think the movie may have been entitled "V" I'm not 100% sure though.
