all i can remember is that,
in the story line it was a man traveling from city to city (and the city's were covered over like domes
and sealed in)by a bus, the bus had water sack on top of it, and pull up window sheilds for when the sun got to warm and bright and the water sack was the burst when it got that warm and bright that it was life or death. And the bus was attacked by nomads
please help
its doing my nut in !

'My Tutor' was an 80's movie.
