Just in case anyone missed this because it was on another thread, I've started a thread for it:

All I can remember about the movie was it had a hot rod or car gang in it, and a cop or mayor of a town was killing them and stuffing them for his trophey room. This was a long time ago and I was very young.
I saw it at a drive-in from the backseat of my parents car when I was supose to be a sleep.
For some reason this movie stuck in my head.
