What are the main differences between strength training and hypertrophy training? I'm a little confused about these terms, as I've heard that both focus on increasing strength and mass. But I'm also told that hypertrophy is more about muscle growth and strength training is more about increasing strength. How do they differ in terms of program, approach, and results?

Strength training is focused on increasing strength, usually accomplished by using heavy weights and a small number of repetitions (1 to 5). The goal is to train the nervous system and develop maximal strength. Hypertrophy training, on the other hand, focuses on muscle fiber growth. Here, a medium range of repetitions (6-12) creates a load on the muscles and stimulates muscle growth. The number of approaches is also important - there are usually more approaches for hypertrophy. Of course, to speed up recovery and improve progress, some people start buy growth hormone to stimulate muscle mass growth, so check out HGH for sale. It's important to remember that success depends not only on training but also on nutrition, sleep, and rest.

Strength training focuses on strength, while hypertrophy focuses on muscle growth. For hypertrophy, of course, it's important to watch your nutrition and the amount of protein, but for strength, it's more about technique and weight progression.
