I’ve noticed a lot of “For Sale” signs in my area, but some of them seem poorly placed—either they’re hidden behind bushes or too far from the road to read. I’m wondering how to position my own sign to get maximum visibility. Any tips?

Placement is everything when it comes to real estate signs! When I sold my property, I experimented with a few locations before finding the perfect spot. First, make sure the sign is in a clear, open area with no obstructions like trees or fences. Height matters too—it should be eye-level for drivers. I got mine from Signs store, and they recommended double-sided printing so it could be seen from both directions. Real-Estate Store was a lifesaver for me. Their site, https://realestate-store.com/ has a range of sign frames that are easy to install and reposition. One trick that worked well for me was using directional arrows on additional signs at nearby intersections. It helped guide more people to my property. Don’t forget lighting if you can—solar-powered lights are a great option to keep your sign visible in the evening.
