I found some characters unlikeable and im talking about the good guys. But what about the badies, the slashers, the evil, cunning, scheming, bad dudes that for some reason you enjoyed watching. No matter how many times i watch Big Trouble in Little China, i cant help but feel sorry for the three storms...they were just so cool and i thought no way could wang beat that guy in a sword fight no matter what was in Eg's six demon bag. He was kick a55. David Lopan was likeable for me but now im just jealous a guy 2000yrs old can get two girls with green eyes. What bad guys did you like?

I'm very surprised nobody has yet mentioned the ultimate bad guy.....
Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber in Die Hard was the very epitome of how to be a great baddie. He was never unnecessarily vicious, he was always polite, pleasant, and even funny. He never really ever lost control of himself, even though the situation was getting away from him near the end. And this in some ways made him badder, because there was nothing emotional about his behaviour, it was all well thought out and logical. Very unlike Alexander Gudenov's Karl, who was all emotion and anger, and logical thought never got a look in.

It just occurred to me how few people would recognize all the baddies on this list. That made me sad. Then of course, I realised that we all know them - and that made me glad!

I forget sometimes that this movie is in the 80s...not sure why, maybe its a bit of a timeless movie . . .meaning, there isnt really a lot in it which says hey im an 80s movie. maybe its because of the sequels ??? Not sure, but either way you are right about Hans being the ULTIMATE BAD GUY! Surely he has to be in the top 3. Love the the reasoning behind it...cool under pressure, unemotional, calculating, polite . . . yeah hed have to be my pick of the bunch mentioned so far.

Obviously Alex Forrest. For the younger crowds, Ursula certainly qualifies. And depending if Gozer is in fact female in its most familiar pre-chosen form, I think she/it/whatever can be included.
