The true story of the first U.S. men's skiing gold medal winner. Bill Johnson is a arrogant young adult who dreams of being on the U.S. Olympic Ski Team as a downhill racer. Trouble with the law and a rebellious attitude almost cost him the 1984 Gold Medal that he won. (IMDb)
The cast is great:
Anthony Edwards, Dennis Weaver, Sarah Jessica Parker, Wayne Northrop and Deborah Van Valkenburgh.
Anthony Edwards was good and young Sarah Jessica Parker was always very energetic.
J.A.C. Redford has composed a nice score, sport films usually have good soundtracks.
Bill Johnson must have been a funny dude but sadly some terrible things has happened to him later in personal life.
