June 4th - 10th New Beverly film EXPLOSION !!! (part 2)
I've posted about upcoming events at this this theater before, but for those of you who don't already know, New Beverly Cinema is a revival movie theater located in Los Angeles, CA. The good people at the Bev work hard to screen a diverse selection of movies the way they were meant to be seen, on a big screen (35mm) and with an audience!
They play double features on a nightly basis and on Saturday nights @ Midnight is "New Beverly Midnights", an epic weekly event usually screening an overlooked or sometimes maligned film (usually NOT available on DVD)....so many times these events are once in a lifetime opportunities to see these movies!
For the second year in a row, fun 80's flicks are taking over The Bev for a week-long explosion of double (and triple) features!

Would so enjoy seeing "Chopping Mall" on the big screen... plus a chance to chat with Kelli Maroney would be a total blast.

I just confirmed that PRISON screenwriter (& Trancers III director!) C. Courtney Joyner will appear for the June 10 show. We should have more special guests to announce soon, too.

yea, many of them are just nearly impossible for the regular DVD buyer to find.
plus catching these on a big screen in 35mm is truly a sight to see and gives you the FULL experience.
