I've been trying to remember what this movie is for YEARS. I remember seeing it as a kid on "On" tv, back in the pre-cable, pre-HBO days. I think it was centered around a family who moves out to a desert area--either Arizona or New Mexico. The kid finds a little pyramid shaped item out in the dirt. He brings it in the house and leaves it on the bathroom sink. During the night, a tiny, green-glowing alien that resembles a grey (at least, in my recollection of the scene)comes out of the pyramid and wanders around the sink. I recall it dancing around with a toothbrush and knocking some things over. I have googled every combination of terms I can think of and also searched IMDB. I had given up when I stumbled upon this site! Is this at all familiar to anyone????
