Ok, so i'm not too sure if this movie was in the late 80s or very, very early 90s.

It was about a female angel that was stranded on earth due to braking her wings and needing the help of two young guys to help fix them. The actress had blond hair. so, so sorry thats all i can remember.

Please help as i'm a new member and this movie has been driving me crazy for the past however many years.
