Wondering if anyone can help me?

I must have seen this film in the late 80's on tv, i think it was a mild horror film but i have no idea wot its called or whose in it, all i can remember is,

A kid goes into a haunted house (i think) gets shaken up by what ever he sees but when he wakes up the next day his hair has grown really long and tuned brilliant white, then i think it either fell out or he tried cutting it off and it would grow back over night, can't quite remember.

I was only young and was then told to got to bed lol so i never saw the rest of it, could anyone please tell me the title?

You are definitely going to get your answer here as 80's movie trivia knowledge abounds. I don;t know what movie you are referring to, but I do remember that there was a variation of that on the abc mini-series IT by Stephen King where the bully's hair turns white instantly after seeing IT in it's true form. I look forward to whoever gets it for real and seeing what the answer was... [Smile]

You might be talking about "The Peanut Butter Solution" But his hair doesn't turn white as I recall. All the rest is familiar.

After some searching i started to watch "The Peanut Butter Solution" on youtube and realised that was it, his hair didn't turn white tho so i must have got that part mixed up with soemthing else lol.
