I'm not sure if this movie came out in the 80's or early 90's. The movie was centered around the russians attacking Alaska. I think it had something to do with the oil pipeline not sure though. I do remember that our troops were hiding in big pipes when the enemy was attacking.

In reply to your question, the film came out in the 80s, and I think that it was "World War 3."
