I posted this in the Summer School thread but figured I would start a new thread where everyone can post their movie memorabilia if they want.
Every night I go to my mom's to help put my grandmother to bed so I decided to check out my old room and grab something i've been meaning to bring to my house for awhile.
I got this back in the 80's when I worked in my first video store. It's a cloth hanging of Back to the Future with movie buttons all over it that I got when the movies were announced.
The movie buttons are:
ET Batman Batman Mask of the Phantasm Back to the Future 2 Tales From the Crypt Demon Knight Land Before Time Dirty Dancing In the Mouth of Madness The Mangler Tank Girl-2 different buttons Star Trek 20th Anniversary 1966-1986 D*ick Tracy Voodoo Big Trouble Say Yes Dark Half Gargoyles The Movie Monster Squad Little Shop of Horrors Assassination Unbearable Lightness of Being From Beyond Critters Troll Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome Let's Get Harry Ishtar Pinoccio Rescuers Down Under Brainscan Wolf

I was working in a high-end video store in 1985 when BTTF came out and JVC were very proud that their GRC-1 camcorder had made pride of place in the movie, so they had created life size cardboard standups of Michael J. Fox holding it from the movie... We put ours in the window.
We used to have one very attractive female customer who used to often comment on it, so when it was time to change the display, it was given to her and she proudly drove off with him sticking out her car sunroof!

Bob those photos of your Back To The Future cloth hanging with movie buttons is awesome! Thanks for sharing it.
And Nick...I can sense you are still a little jealous that the attractive customer chose the Michael J. Fox BTTF cardboard stand-up over you for that sunroof adventure. Have you ever thought about jumping in your DeLorean for another chance? ha

Nick...Last night, Darth Vader came down from planet Vulcan and told me that if I didn't take Lorraine out that he'd melt my brain. ha
Actually, this is kind of freaky..after posting about the DeLorean this morning...on my way to work 80's on 8 played Huey Lewis & the News' The Power of Love.
Woah, that's heavy..I even took a pic as proof...if the picture is kind of distorted...I just wanna say ...
It's not easy taking a picture when you're going 88 miles an hour!

Now that's something I'd like to get my hands on! I'm talking about the cardboard M. Fox, of course! I wonder how collectible that is now?
Valley, the image you posted is a fake, as any good '80's Coincidence Conspiracy' site could tell you. It's just swamp gasses and a P. Diddley song playing at the right time of day in the northern hemisphere. So it only seems like a Huey Lewis song.
