Not the movie I was looking for. DAMN.

Scenes I remember.

Actor is in a room or kitchen. Guy gets shot with a "TIME freeze gun" or some kind of gun that makes him forget momentarily and then he wakes up hours later. (NOT MEN IN BLACK)
And everything around him is left on, fridge is left open, etc.

Guy gets strapped or sits on to a machine. The machine tracks his eye movement, while he watches a large screen.

Swore it was Craig Wasson.

Anyways, anyone know what Im looking for?
