I looked through the title post but I didn't see this one. My coworker is trying to figue out the name of movie she saw but she doesn't remember much about it. Here's what she has:

A group of kids went into some type of garden and they found an old rundown building. They found out that some teenagers had disappeared long ago in this building. They decided to do a seance and lightening strikes and the dead teenagers reappear.
