Yes, this is another one of those great early 80's slashers that I can watch late at night on the couch with a bowl of popcorn and a blanket...
It was released a few years back by Columbia/Sony but the DVD was awful. Alot of footage was cut out, the original music was replaced and the worst possible cover art was used!! Ugh! I didn't buy it and thank God cause on October 13th, Anchor Bay is releasing this gem in it's full glory!!
This version will include the original footage, soundtrack and cover art! YES!!!! Anchor Bay rocks my world!!! Just in time for Halloween!!!

I was upset because I didn't get around to buying the DVD before it went out of print. Amazon's marketplace has it for a whopping $22 USED! No way. So I was glad to hear it's being re-released and the price is reasonable. I love October because I always find lots of horror movies I don't have, but I hate it because I spend too much money lol.

That is great news. Now I can finally retire that crappy Sony DVD. Looks like we'll also have new releases of The Gate, Phantasm II and The Stepfather to look forward to this Halloween as well.

I actually had the VHS and gaver it to my nephew when I bought the DVD. Believe it or not I WILL but the new DVD and then just give this disco-background one to another relative who isnt as a big a horror enthusiast as me
