I don't remember the name of the movie but I saw it on Spotlight (pay movie channel like HBO) back in the early 80s. The movie was about a kid in High School that moves to a new city (like all 80s movies) and he tries fit in with a long time friend that is attending this high school. The problem his friend’s buddies don't really like him all that much. One day his friend buddies go over to his house while he is working on a car and push the crawler his is laying down on (under the car). The crawler hits a jack stand and the car falls on his lead leaving him with a limp. He vows to get back at each of them and does so by murdering each of them in a different way. I don't remember how he kills all four of them, but I do remember one of them dies hang gliding acceded (really no accident) and falls into some power lines. He tries to take out the school at the end of the movie with a bomb. He tries to warn his friend (who is that at a school dance) to leave, but his friend refuses. So, he goes back down to the basement and tries to take the bomb out to save his friend. It blows up killing him. I remember some guy and girl at the end saying "look it's only a fire" or something along those lines. Any help would be great.
