This movie reminded me alot of "Visiting Hours". I always thought that it was really well acted. It was pretty graphic. I haven't seen it for awhile. There are clips of it in "Terror in the Aisles." Does anyone else remember it?

I seem to get it mixed up with Angel sometimes. The same kind of killer after the working girls plot.

I really like "Angel" too, they are similiar...a crazy maniac out there killing prostitues-that's pretty much the basic plot...
They are both very realistic. I should watch Angel again soon too. I always liked Donna Wilkes...when I first got a computer...before the Rewind...I belonged to a fan club of Donna Wilkes...and that was my first connection to anyone who remembered the 80s stuff. Nobody ever knew whatever became of her.

I rented this cuz an online friend told me Fred "Rerun" Berry was in it as a pimp. He is - for about three whopping minutes. Hahaha!
I am a sucker for prostitute movies (although I didnt think Angel was gritty enough). I love DAWN: PORTRAIT OF A TEENAGE RUNAWAY, LITTLE LADIES OF THE NIGHT, HUSTLIN, VICE SQUAD......

What about Streetwalkin, Alexa, Night Friend?
I heard that Donna Wilkes had a bad drug problem? Is she ok now? I saw her in an Incredible Hulk episode form the second season where she plays a teen alcoholic.

I also have this tape called "No Prince for My Cinderella" (1978) which appears to be episode 1 of "The Runaways" tv series with Scott Baio and Michael Biehn.

Donna was in another prostitute movie called "FYRE". Has anyone ever seen it? I tried to watch it, but it was too weird, and very depressing. I don't think I made it the whole way through. I like the movies "Schizoid", and "Blood Song" that Donna was in. Her last movie was "Grotesque"-which also stars Linda Blair...I bought it, but my copy was messed up...but what I had seen so far was really gross and creeped me out.
Did you guys ever seen the movie "Fallen Angel". I got it a few years ago, boy is it disturbing.
I never realized that was Rerun in Vice Squad...I remember exactly who he is now that you said he was in it as a pimp...cause RamRod does a number on him too.

there was a great movie from 1979 or 1980 called "Hardcore" starring george c scott. not about prostitutes but it dealt with the sordid underworld of porn.

When Dana Hill made that movie, she was older than what she looked like....she looks about 12 in the movie. It's sad she died so young in real life.

On that cover, she looks like she might be a sister of Corey Haim.

FALLEN ANGEL is a great movie. Its amazing they handeled such a taboo topic so well - in a TV movie - from over twenty years ago!

Yeah...I found that out years later...Nina Blackwood is the one at the beginning that he takes the coat hanger to.
Richard Masur is in Fallen Angel- he was Corey Haim's father in License to Drive...maybe there is a connection....

I just bought and watched Fyre (1979) Very depressing flick like you said.
I also got Blood Song (1982) but haven´t checked that out yet.

I think you'll like Blood Song. I always liked Donna Wilkes in anything she was in. I like her in this one. She is on crutches the whole way through the movie, because I think her Dad ran her over...when he was drinking. It is kind of sad. It is hard to picture Frankie Avalon as a killer. I haven't watched it in awhile. Atomik-after you see it let me know. I know there is some kind of psychic connection between her and the killer....for some reason I think she got some of his blood in a blood transfusion-which I think is a cool way of doing that.

that's one i've always wanted to check out is 1982s vice squad starring wings hauser,it definitely needs a re release as the dvd and vhs are now really scarce and rather expensive!
wings hauser is always great to watch no matter how over the top he goes,i've heard this is probably his best performance as well.
director gary sherman has been behind some pretty cool flicks actually - dead and buried, wanted dead or alive and i'm probably one of very few that doesn't dislike poltergeist 3.
like to check out the 1990 movie - lisa that he directed and starring staci keanan and cheryl ladd as that looks pretty good!
