i'm looking for the name of an 80's movie. limited information. it's about a group of teens that stand up to bullies with the help of a black ex-boxer that lives in a camper attached to his truck, who also, constantly has a cigar in his mouth. another scene is a where there are brooms and such tied to a merry go round where a girl training with it. please HELP! thx

Oh yeah I have that movie on VHS. I got it at a flea market. I knew this message sounded familiar.
