Hey there everyone i've got a stumper. I can only recall the last few scenes, but in the movie, the main girl's hair is used to paint things to life.
in the end, she is being held captive, and the main villian has invisible strings attached to his fingers and her rescuers have to use a cloth of some sort to see where the strings are, without tripping over them, that is.
i've been searching for so long for this, any help would be incredibly appreciated.

I have never seen this movie, but want to throw out a guess and then have someone that might have seen it confirm my suggestion.

NowhereGirl, I totally remembered you answering someone's question about this flick a couple of years back. The girl thing threw me for a loop, but maybe the fact his hair was so long/huge it made dangar think the main character was a girl.
