I am not very good at remebering very many details of movies, but I remember an 80's flick where a girl was sick and she would puke blood into her parents sink. It wasn't a horror movie or anything. It seems like she had problems at school???

Sounds like one of those after school specials about bulemia like Little Miss Perfect or Dying to Be Perfect.
