Thank you for the info Xchazz that really helped me out a lot. I will buy the film from Amazon. I msut get Casino by the sounds of it to. What is that like tho. Is it like Goodfellas?
I do like the music from Sacrface though. I think they used the sound track for the game Grand Theft Auto 3. You can see how the game is based on that ganster image like the film tho. The game does remind me of the film a little, with its underground sleezy operations and killings etc. I don't know it's such a wonderful life for some......

Casino in some ways is considered a sequel to Goodfellas even though none of the characters are the same. They do share Martin Scorsese as director, Michael Pileggi as writer, Robert deNiro, Joe Pesci and Frank Vincent(believe his name is Frank) in acting roles. Both movies involve the mob. Goodfellas was more a neighborhood mob family where Casino involves the mob on a much larger scale. Personally I prefer Goodfellas but Casino is a fine movie in its own right.

- Once upon a time in America. - Must see movie. - Married to the mob. Good flick, Michelle Pfeiffer... - Things change 1988 - Really a comedy. - The Sicilian - Christopher Lambert. It's OK. - The Godfather part III. - OK 1990. Close enough - My Blue Heaven - Funny mob movie with Steve Martin. Def watch this one. 1990 - close enough. - Raging Bull is from 1980. It's not a mob movie but it has the "Italian" feel. Joe Pesci and Deniro. Does it get any better? - Black Rain 1989. Michael Douglas. About the Japanese mob. Very good movie

Also, include Woody Allen's "Broadway Danny Rose". Technically, not a real mob movie, but it does involve Woody being involved with a Mafia member's wife (played by Woody's then-wife Mia Farrow).

Ah well these will keep me going, thank you guys for the films you have put up for me and I am sure for others who are intrested in the kind of Ganster/Mob movies that have been posted up.
I must say I am not keen on Bugsy Malone. I do like the fact the cars are peddal opporated. Imagine that huh, one way of saving the planet by cutting out those fuel emmisions, install pedals, now there a solution!!!!
