Ok I think this starred val kilmer or someone that looked like him when he was really young.
Either he or someone made sometype of weird drink or juice (think it was purple) and they kept it hidden in the wall at their high school.
It gave the drinker superpowers or something.
It wasn't ZAPPED ant it wasn't REAL GENIUS...
I also remember seeing a really old version (i think black and white) from 50-60's about a teenager who gets really strong from a drink or something he eats. Character also reminds me of a blonde type of main actor.

Could it be Zapped Again........it was later and it's so cheesy and great the lead has longish blonde hair and they make a prune juice that they hide in the wall to give the powers I actually loved this more then the original Zapped........and the great itch powder in the hotdogs!
"she's got just what I want I gotta have it..........zapped again" I really have a love for this movie in a real embarassing way!
