Can't think of the name! It is a comedy that takes place in the 1930s I believe. All I remember is towards the end there is a funny car chase where the police dispatcher describes the car. Then the guy who's being chased peels off the paper of the car changing the color of it. The dispatcher gives a new description, the guy peels off more paper on the car and so on, and so forth. There's also a weird (big) guy where a bunch of bowling balls fall on his head. Thanks!!

I was thinking the same. Great movie!
Other one that came to my mind is Crimewave.

I just can´t remember everything that happened in these.
Guess i have to buy the dvd´s.
