its an 80s spoof of the fog etc im guessing, all i can remember is a man riding past on a bike repeatedly shouting you're all doomed or were all doomed. its literally driving me crazy now trying to work out the title. any help much appreciated

This is a possibility, though I have never seen it - "Friday the 13th: A Nude Beginning" made in 1987. It is a spoof of Friday the 13th and that is where the line "You're All Doomed" originates from.

i havent seen that so i dunno if its that im thinking of, im pretty sure it was set in a us coastal town and had a kind of sea creature in it, maybe this is on thing destined to remain a distant memory, its ridiculous i cant even think of the title, getting old lol

it had to be made in the 80s, im talking 83,84 maybe was when i first saw it on vhs and it was new then
