Can anyone come up with the name of this movie? Here's a brief plot synopsis:

Two American club rats are drugged kidnapped by the KGB! They're taken to a secret Russian town that is built to be a replica of an American midwestern town. They all drive American cars and have American appliances... The two kidnapped clubbers are then tasked with opening a club in this slumping replica "America" town to get the night life going!
