Hi everyone!

Alright, so I'm looking for this particular movie that could be in the late 80's early 90's.

It's about this teenager who at 16 turned into a witch. She went to high school and liked this popular guy, who she tried to get with her "powers". I remember at one point she turned her brother into a dog or sheep or something like that. And throughout the movie she had trouble adjusting to her powers. Also, I think she was kind of a geeky type of girl, and she was able to transform into a beautiful girl to go to the prom...

Any ideas??
