Ok, i saw this movie when i was a kid and it really freaked me out. There are these kids at a house party and there is an african-american woman who is a vampire hanging out among these kids. She ends up following a guy into the basement (which if i can remember is a wine cellar too) and attacking him (biting him). I think she had on a white dress. That's all i can remember but there were nice cheesy 80s outfits and i think it was a halloween party they were at. The vampire had very long dark hair. I doubt anyone can remember..i've been googling stuff about it that i can remember. It's not Once Bitten...but it seemed like the same premise as that. If you have any idea, that would be great! haha
