Please Please can you name the possible 80s children film where theres puppet set being filmed, possibly with dinosaurs as well. Theres a boy who believes he sees the giant mechanical puppet dragon come alive and eventually sets the dragon free.

thanks my friend keeps goin on about but cant remember, we have asked a few people who remembers the film but not the name but someone thinks it may be a jim henson tv special.
