The Great Mouse Detective: *BASIL: "Elementary, my dear Dawson!" *(whenever Basil messes up Olivia's last name) OLIVIA: "Flaversham!" BASIL: "Whatever." *DR. DAWSON (about Professor Ratigan): "You're...despicable!"
Under The Cherry Moon: *Way too many to list, but here's one of my top favorites... MARY: It may seem strange to a hustler like you, but I happen to go out with people my own age, special people, & they don't wear wedding rings, either! CHRISTOPHER: Then they must be wearing diapers!
Rock & Rule: *MOK: "Anyone want a beer? I'm Mok." *OMAR: "C'mon, it's a waste of time to creep around this depravo's mansion, escorted by two of Mother Nature's finest freaks!" *CINDERELLA: "Cinderella knows what you're talking about!" *STRETCH: "Gonna take us 6 days...we only got half a car left." *OFFICER QUADHOLE: "Slime!"
Purple Rain: *The whole "What's the p@ssword?" scene *THE KID: "That ain't Lake Minnetonka." *LISA: "But I'm here to tell you, there's something else...our music." A few others follow, but these are my top 3.
The Chipmunk Adventure: The male villain whose name escapes me at the moment: "Here's to you, Claudia."
The Little Mermaid: SEBASTIAN: "Teenagers...you give them an inch, they swim all over you!" URSULA: "Life's full of tough choices, isn't it?" "And never underestimate the value of body langugage!"
That's all I can think of on the top of my head.

Do we even need to guess? Now what I have to wonder is A) what gave him that idea to fill the fake bomb with those, B) why even bother with them when it would have been just as easy to fake a government ID to get into the nearest nuclear power plant, and C) how long it took the Libyans to figure out they'd been had
