I have a friend who can't think of the name of this movie and says that there are no big stars in it and she's not giving me much to work on here Apparently it's a military comedy from the 80's. The drill sergent says through out the whole movie "SAY IT AGAIN" in a screechy voice. Anyone got any ideas?

It's "Up The Academy" (1980) Ron Liebman is the guy "Major Vaughn Liceman" that keeps saying the line "say it again". He's uncredited for the movie role. It's a funny flick!
