Hello !

I am looking for the name of a movie. The main character is Cookie, she is about 20 years old, she spends most of her spare-time with her friends (3 others girls). She is not very wily, and well-off...But one day, she met a handsome business man and she has a crush on him, afterwards they go out together and Cookie is very in love, and quit lttle by little her friends and her social background, she spends happy hours with him...but Cookie's friends don't see that in the same light as she does, and want her to come back to reality that he won't ask her to marry him...

by memory, this film takes place in jersey and Ny but i am not very sure [Eek!]

I remember her name wa not cookie - but "Toby" - and the guy was "Sal"
