Ok, I can't remember the name of this one, but it centers on a group of teens that are like a dance group and they live in the midwest but move to the big city and try to compete but get blown out by a group of street dancers. So, they embark on a little inner-city journey to figure out how to dance like the street dancers and all sorts of drama ensues until they all get back together and win the big competition. Any ideas?

Rip... are you sure? Playing For Keeps was the one where they all go to a small town and renovate a big house wasn't it?

Yep it is definitely Fast Forward. It has some really good songs in that one too. Too bad it isn't on DVD. It also starred Karen Kopins.
