I am looking for a movie. The story is a class room of kids gets kidnapped and dropped into a well in which they end up escaping by swimming under the cave wall. The kidnappers, all of them are wearing masks and the leader is dressed up in a santa claus suit. if you have any idea what movie this is please reply, been looking for quit awhile.

This sounds like the movie "Fortress" with Rachel Ward starring as the school teacher.

It is Fortress and it is available on DVD. You can find it through Amazon.com. By the way it is an awesome movie! It was an HBO made for TV movie from 1986 and it starred Rachel Ward.
