The much misunderstood and maglined horror/Sci-fi thriller! i know Michael Myers isn't in it, well here's a story you should know. Michael died in "Halloween 2", John Carpenter had an idea to make the franchise into a series of different horror movies each telling a story about the halloween holiday and not Michael. It was to be a big screen horror anthology in the vein of "Creepshow" or perhaps "The Twilight Zone" but the idea blew in Carpenter's face when the film bombed with fans demanding Michael back as the anthology idea ended and Michael returned in 1988.
I thought it was an interesting movie with a clever score by Carpenter and a nifty twist ending, forget about Michael for once and enjoy the movie for what it tried to do.

You know, it was decent. I liked it more when I was a kid than I do now. I would go around, like a week before Halloween, singing that stupid Silver Shamrock song from the movie. I found this on DVD, in a combo pack with When a Stranger Calls Back, for less than $10, so I bought it.
