its in the late eighties maybe earlie ninties its about a boy that is about to get married and he goes to the big city to buy a lamborghini and it turns out to be junk... i remember there was a blonde sales ladie that ends up helping him in the end.. and also when the tow truck has it hooked up its just spinning in the air... i did look at the movie questions first and it says its called it takes two but thats with the olsens twin.. any help would be great thanks

the movie is called IT TAKES TWO, (there is another movie with the same title, starring the olsen twins.)
